Assurances & Certifications Selected providers will be required to sign and submit "actual' assurances and Certificates as required by the City of Santa Ana and the Workforce Development Board on all contracts. If the program is offered with multiple modes of delivery, or course lengths, the program must be entered separately for each variation. SAWDB has authorized the South Bay WDB to make initial and subsequent eligibility determinations for applications submitted from providers.
