4. Decreased Sense of Belonging: We pride ourselves on creating a neighborhood where everyone feels <br />welcome and supported. Raising fees could create divisions and foster a sense of inequality among <br />residents. <br />Instead of raising fees, let us explore alternative ways to support our association's activities. In <br />conclusion, I implore each one of you to consider the negative implications of raising fees on our 100 <br />percent volunteer-driven neighborhood association. Let us uphold the spirit of unity and <br />collaboration that has made us strong.
