Public Postsecondary Community Colleges, CSUs, and UCs are <br />required to provide performance information for consideration ofplacement on the CA ETPL, but due <br />to heavy state oversight, investment, and the inability to capture true program outcome data, these <br />ACnstitution typesare notrequiredto meeta specific performancethresholdto be listed on theCAETPL. <br />ONTRACTOR's BPPE accredited shall provide a copy ofthe provider's BPPE Annual Report (the <br />erformance Fact Sheet) to document their achievement of the performance criteria if applicable. <br />ALL Training on the ETPL must be for occupations in in -demand industry sectors identified by the <br />,state, regional or local workforce development boards. <br />All Training on the ETPL mustprovide training services that lead to an industry -recognized credential, <br />national or state certificate, or degree, including all industry appropriate competencies, licensing <br />and/or certification requirements. <br />CONTRACTORunderstands thatall performance data and data submitted on the ETPL mustbe made <br />/�' available for data verification by the SAWDB or the State EDD office, <br />A!/ t1�, CONTRACTOR must maintain allthe relevantrecords utilized to supportthe data submitted onETPL <br />. for audit or monitoring purposes by the SAWDB or the State EDD office. <br />i�L(} CONTRACTOR that claim an exemptionto BPPE (Section 94874 of the BPPE Act), mustapply <br />vv �� and receive a "Verification of Exemption" before being listed on the ETPL. Since it has been <br />determined that any expenditure ofpublic funds, state or federal, that directly benefits a student to be <br />student financial assistance, we expect that instances of exemption will be very rare. <br />CONTRACTOR must have all considered training programs listed with the BPPE, the SAWDB may <br />verity the data that was submitted to BPPE. <br />AAll new and current CONTRACTOR will be required to be registered in Ca1JOBSSM and must have <br />ll considered training programs listed with the BPPE match on CalJOBS, <br />✓,/lL l All CONTRACTOR are required to enter performance data for each program to be listed on the ETPL <br />and provide evidence to the Local Board that they have met the minimum performance criteria <br />7j required.
