Hall <br />Re: Extension of Agreement (A-2020-154) for Water Quality Sampling and Testing Services <br />Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above -referenced Agreement, entered into by Clinical <br />Laboratory of San Bernardino ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, dated July 21, 2020, the term <br />of the Agreement is hereby extended for an additional two (2) year period until July 20, 2025. Any <br />insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
