Hall <br />Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of the above -referenced Agreement, entered into by Wallace and <br />Associates Consulting, LLC, and the City of Santa Ana, dated April 21, 2020, the time period of the <br />Agreement is hereby extended for an additional two-year period, from April 21, 2023 through April <br />20,2025.
