ARTICLE X <br />10.0 VACATION <br />10.1 Purpose. It is the policy of the City to grant employees vacation leave in order to provide <br />them with a break in their regular work schedule and this purpose shall be used as a guide <br />in the administration of the provisions of this Article. <br />10.2 Vacation Period. <br />A.
