I'm not sure what this policy corresponds to as this policy does not relate to any recording being posted on the chain. I have also included the agreement with the city that also contains a legal description that does not contain the added verbiage from t legal on the policy. You may want to inquire with Chicago Title to see why the added legal portion was added and for a copy of the 1931 easement. Also, you may want to consult with a real estate attorney for further guidance and assistance in your matter, as this is outside the realm of us issuing a title policy. ***Please note, we bank with COMMERCIAL BANK OF CALIFORNIA.
