I am tired of seeing homeless smoking pipes and shooting up on the <br />bus benches all down 1st st. There's ladies and children scared for their lives having to stand to wait for the bus, <br />because the benches are occupied by drug users who don't care about others or themselves. I just want to go to <br />the park with my kids without having to worry about a homeless person (who tend to be aggressive ) hiding in <br />the bathroom and doing drugs, or sleeping, or even better.. showering. It's time we put a stop to this, South <br />counties don't tolerate this kind of stuff. So why should we?! I fully support Item 14! <br />14 <br />
