Evidence of Financial Capacity: Proposers may be requested to submit its most recent <br />audited financial statement, evidencing proposer's financial capacity to fully perform the <br />required services, including provision of equipment and personnel expenses over a ninety <br />(90) day period. If said financial statement does not reflect full ninety (90) day <br />operational capacity, proposer may include a letter of credit as evidence of supplemental <br />capacity. <br />C. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION OR CLARIFICATION <br />All questions or requested clarifications shall be made only in writing in the Q&A section <br />located in PlanetBids prior to the deadline for Requests for Information outlined on the <br />cover page of this RFP. No verbal requests will be accepted. Significant interpretations or <br />clarifications will be addressed via addenda to this RFP. <br />D. ADDENDA <br />Any significant changes in the RFP from the date of release to the date of submittal will <br />result in an addendum or amendment. As set forth in the Notice Inviting Proposals, <br />notification of such addendum or amendment shall be posted on PlanetBids at <br />https://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanylD=20137. Addenda shall <br />become part of the agreement documents. <br />E. LICENSES & PERMITS <br />The selected proposers shall be required to obtain a City of Santa Ana Business license <br />within ten (10) business days of selection and must provide a copy to the City's project <br />manager or designee prior to commencing any work in Santa Ana. <br />Additionally, Proposers will be responsible for obtaining any licenses/permits required by <br />the Scope of Work. <br />F. INSURANCE <br />The Selected Proposers shall provide the required evidence of insurance coverage as set <br />forth in the Scope of Work within ten (10) business days after receipt of notice that the <br />contract has been awarded. Failure to provide the required insurance certificates shall be <br />cause for the annulment of the award and the forfeiture of the proposal guaranty. The <br />City will provide the Selected Proposers with a "New Vendor Checklist", which outlines <br />insurance requirements. <br />G. PAYMENT INFORMATION PACKET <br />The selected proposers shall return a completed payment information packet within ten <br />(10) business days after the successful proposer has received notice that the contract has <br />been awarded. <br />H.
