Staff recommends WSP USA <br />Environment & Infrastructure Solutions Inc. be retained to provide these services <br />(Exhibit 2) based upon the scope of work and selection criteria outlined in RFP No. 23- <br />028. <br />The primary services provided under this Agreement will be Industrial/Commercial <br />Inspection and NPDES Program Support Services.
