<br />EDUCATION Ms. Addenbrooke has 12 years of roadway design experience,
<br />specializing in the area of utility coordination. She has an extensive
<br />understanding and complies with the FHWA’s regulations and
<br />requirements under CFR governing utility relocations to ensure
<br />proper and complete utility clearance prior to Right of Way
<br />certification.
<br />EXPERIENCE Mid-Coast Corridor Transit Project, San Diego, CA │ Associate
<br />Utility Coordinator who assisted with coordination of dry utility
<br />relocations. She was responsible for coordinating all utility designs
<br />with the respective companies, ensuring relocations were compatible
<br />with the combined project plans, processing traffic control and right of
<br />way permits for the utility owners, and providing construction support
<br />during relocations.
<br />E Palomar St Transit Station, Park & Ride and DAR at I-805, Chula Vista, CA │ Utility Engineer identified potential conflicts,
<br />prepared pothole plans, monitored all activity in the field, and verified
<br />utility conflicts for the project. She also prepared recycled water
<br />project utility sheets in accordance with Otay Water District design
<br />standards. Ms. Addenbrooke coordinated with utility companies,
<br />construction managers, and design representatives to ensure
<br />conflicts were identified and relocation designs were completed for
<br />Caltrans utility certification.

<br />property acquisition and relocation experience. She is an active
<br />member of the International Right of Way Association, current Vice
<br />Chair of the International Transportation Committee and past
<br />president for Chapter 27. She specializes in right of way project
<br />management, property acquisition, relocation assistance services,
<br />public project management, and agreement preparation.
<br />EXPERIENCE Green Tree Boulevard Extension, Victorville, CA │ Ms. Formico
<br />managed all right of way aspects of the project, including right of way
<br />determination, ordering preliminary title reports, title research, plat
<br />maps and legal descriptions, property owner exhibits, document
<br />preparation, right of way negotiations, railroad coordination, escrow
<br />coordination, and right of way certification. The project is a roadway
<br />gap closure that connects Yucca Loma Road in the Town of Apple
<br />Valley at the east end of the project with Hesperia Road and Green
<br />Tree Blvd in the City of Victorville at the west end of the project.
