In conformance <br />with the Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements, a Technical Proposal and Fee Proposal is provided <br />separately through the PlanetBids system for the City’s consideration. We are committed to working <br />seamlessly with your staff and have the expertise and resources necessary to assist the City in <br />providing the necessary services in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner. <br /> <br />Adams Streeter is financially solvent and is not in any condition such as bankruptcy, pending litigation, <br />planned office closures, impending merger, etc., that may impede our ability to complete the required <br />RFP scope of work. This Proposal is also made without collusion with any other person, organization <br />or party submitting a proposal and it is in all respects fair and in good faith without collusion or fraud. <br />This Proposal shall remain valid for a period of not less than one hundred and twenty (120) calendar <br />days from the date of submittal. The signer of this Proposal has the full authority to bind Adams- <br />Streeter.
