All improvements so removed as identified on the project <br />plans shall be included in the compensation paid by OCTA for this PE, including but not <br />limited to: <br />o Brick/concrete pavers <br />o Concrete sidewalk/banding, as required <br />o Trees, as required <br />o Landscaping and raised concrete planter boxes as required <br />o Fire Hydrant <br />o Water Main <br />o Site Drainage System <br />1201539.1 <br />City Council 7 –9 6/1/2021
