All improvements so removed shall be included in the <br />compensation paid by OCTA for this TPSSE. <br />c Pavement within limits of TPSSE <br />6 parking stalls (permanently) <br />The following improvements within the TPSSE area will be protected in place: <br />o Adjacent retaining wall <br />o Adjacent fencing <br />1201539.1 <br />City Council 7 –25 6/1/2021
