<br />•Management of over 850 staff, from AM Ills to clerical, responsible for administering Refugee Cash Assistance program, Foster
<br />Care Eligibility, the CalWORKs program, In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS), and Adult Protective Services which enables
<br />disadvantaged individuals and families to become self-sufficient through employment, and protects aged and disabled adults
<br />from abuse and exploitation, with a total operating budget of approximately $347 million.
