This policy safeguards us both from misclassifications and <br />future claims. <br />Confidentiality — we store applications, references, background checks, drug screens, and triage <br />logs digitally and in an encrypted environment where it can be retrieved in the event of an audit <br />only by authorized personnel. <br />ACA Compliance <br />The Good Job Company considers employees who work an average of 30-hours per week or 130- <br />hours in a calendar month to be full-time and use the look -back method for this purpose. We <br />offer eligible employees and their children, up to age 26, essential coverage under an employer - <br />sponsored plan made affordable by not exceeding 9.5% of W-2 wages. Each year, we document <br />usage by filing Forms 1094-C and 1095-C with the IRS and furnishing employees with their own <br />Form 1095-C. <br />
