Focused on pedestrian vision and the environmental sustainability of <br />outdoor lighting, Rick serves the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) as Vice Chair <br />of the Outdoor Nighttime Environment Committee. <br />Project Experience: <br />• Los Alamos County Lighting Ordinance, Los Alamos, NM <br />• Pitkin County Outdoor Lighting Code, Pitkin County, CO <br />• Aspen Outdoor Lighting Ordinance, Aspen, CO <br />Percentage of Time on Project: 10%
