SPACES PROVIDE`.. <br />Services Provided <br />EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />PROJECT UNDERSTANDING <br />The City of Santa Ana is seeking a turnkey project for the delivery of an exciting and educational <br />exhibition to be installed in the interpretive hall (718 sgft) with the primary objective of engaging <br />visitors in exploring the natural history of the creek, action to conservation, habitat restoration, and <br />the cultural history of the region. <br />The team of Color -Ad with the Reich&fetch design team hereinafter named the Color -Ad Design Team <br />(the "CAD Team") is very excited at the opportunity to participate in the Santiago Creek EcoCenter <br />project. We understand the CAD Team will be responsible for the design, fabrication, and installation <br />including the development of the interpretation, final text development, and selection of images, <br />videos, media etc. <br />The project includes the addition of exterior signage integrating the newly developed EcoCenter's logo <br />and interpretive elements. <br />Additionally, the selected firm with be responsible for the demolition of the current hall retaining the <br />existing mural. The selected firm should also consider lighting and audio improvements as part of the <br />overall project. <br />Our team is well suited to the design and production of the EcoCenter project. Our team, expertise <br />experience, and the approach described in our proposal offer excellence in project management, <br />design leadership and project delivery. <br />PROPOSED SERVICES AND COMPLETE PROJECT PROCESS <br />The CAD Team will provide all services necessary to complete the design, fabrication, and installation <br />of the interpretive exhibits. The services that we plan to provide, as well as our complete project <br />process, are explained in detail in section E of our proposal.
