ZACHARY SCOTT <br />WOOD FABRICATION SUPERVISOR <br />As Wood Fabrication Supervisor, Mr. Scott will be responsible for supervising <br />all aspects of Color-Ad's exhibit fabrication. His responsibilities include <br />maintaining the standards and methods of wood shop fabrication and <br />the on -time satisfactory completion of the project through quality control <br />checks. Mr. Scott will manage, monitor, and schedule the fabrication of all <br />cabinetry, carpentry, and woodworking elements in the project. <br />He will coordinate with our Metal Fabrication/Paint/CNC Supervisor to ensure that the flow of work on <br />our shop floor adheres to the contract schedule and specification requirements. He will coordinate <br />with our Project Manager to ensure that our wood shop fabricates structures according to the <br />approved drawings. Mr. Scott will ensure that every item fabricated by each craftsmen in our wood <br />shop meets the design -intent, functionality requirements, and museum -quality finishes desired by <br />the client. He will supervise and direct all wrapping, packing/crating and loading of the final exhibit <br />elements that will be shipped to site for installation. <br />Education <br />Osbourn Senior HS <br />Graduate, 1994 <br />Experience <br />Color Ad, Inc. 2001-Present <br />Fabrication Shop Supervisor <br />Professional Certifications Color -Ad, Inc. 1995-2001 <br />Occupational Health DOT Commercial Driver Exhibit Specialist. <br />Fitness Determination Certified <br />DESCRIPTION OF ROLE ON SIMILAR PROJECTS: <br />Daniel Boone Wilderness Trail Interpretive Center, $750,000.00, 4,000 square feet <br />Served as Fabrication Shop Supervisor. Oversaw exhibit fabrication staff which included the <br />coordination, management and transport of components built at our shop. Oversaw and coordinated <br />the production of numerous thematic reader rails, freestanding graphic panels, exhibit tables and <br />cabinetry, cut-out figures, and curved gallery walls with embedded AV equipment. He coordinated <br />with our scenic/diorama subcontractor, The 3rd Dimension, to ensure the scenic elements integrated <br />seamlessly into our exhibit platforms and walls.
