ECORP will also prepare any supporting NEPA <br />documentation if required by project funding. <br />ECORP will assist the City with government -to -government consultation with California Native <br />American tribes under Assembly Bill 52 (AB 52) through drafting notification letters and <br />documentation of the consultation process. <br />Stormwater Best Management Practices <br />BKF can prepare a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) that will include Best <br />Management Practices (BMP's) that outline standard practices that can be implemented to <br />decrease the discharge of pollutants offsite into the storm drain system during construction <br />operations on the site. This includes providing an Erosion Control Exhibit as a base for this plan. <br />WQMP <br />BKF can provide Preliminary and Final Water Quality Management Plans based upon the <br />County Technical Guidance Document JGD) that provides guidance for "priority" new <br />development and significant redevelopment projects to comply with the two National Pollutant <br />Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Phase I Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System <br />(MS4) permits held jointly by the Orange County cities, unincorporated Orange County, and <br />Orange County Flood Control District (collectively, Permittees). <br />Construction Documents <br />Preparation of construction documents further refines the landscape architecture detail design <br />development package into one set of working drawings and specifications, ready for <br />construction. Plans will be prepared on 24"x36" sheets in AutoCAD at 1 "=20' (or agreed upon <br />scale) conforming to all local, state, and federal requirements. Construction Documents for <br />landscape design may include, but not limited to the following: <br />• Title Sheet <br />• General Construction Notes <br />• Construction Details (hardscape, signage, play equipment etc.) <br />• Site Improvement, Profiles and Typical Sections <br />• Erosion Control Plans & Details <br />• Grading and Drainage Plans <br />• Landscape Planting Plans <br />• Irrigation <br />• Electrical Plans <br />Plans are submitted at agreed upon intervals to the agency for plan check and review. Upon <br />receipt of comments or corrections, NUVIS will ensure any noted issues are addressed or <br />corrected prior to progressing the plans to the next level of completion. Prior to Notice of Bid, <br />either one -set of reproducible documents, electronic copy of PS&E and designated number of <br />bond printed copies and specifications books will be submitted. <br />Specifications <br />NUVIS prepares technical specifications in CSI format or Greenbook format conforming to all <br />local, state, and federal requirements for design elements within a project.
