Contract Agreement Statement <br />RJM DESIGN GROUP, INC. has established a reputation of integrity and professionalism within <br />our industry. Our due diligence in performing client services begins with our proposal <br />preparation, contract review and negotiation, and carries through to project completion. <br />We have reviewed the Professional Services Agreement for the On -Call Landscape <br />Architectural Services project with the City of Santa Ana. As part of this review, we identify <br />items which may not conform to the terms of our insurance coverage and/orto California Civil <br />Code section 2782.8 which regulates contracts between public agencies and design <br />professionals. Upon selection for this project, we would like to discuss the following <br />requested changes pertaining to the Professional Services Agreement.
