<br />County of Los Angeles Quartz Hill Library, Quartz Hill, CA
<br />The project is a 12,000 SF library on a 1.2-acre site. This
<br />new facility will replace the undersized 3,500 SF facility
<br />that currently serves more than 10,000 residents. Project
<br />is targeting LEED Silver certification.
<br />La Habra Civic Center, La Habra, CA
<br />The project relocated the existing civic center to a
<br />business complex as it had outgrown its space over the
<br />years. The two-story office complex was fully converted
<br />to a new City Hall which houses administration, finance,
<br />community development, public works, and engineering,
<br />along with a Post Office and an art museum.

<br />SVA is currently providing services for seven of OCPW's
<br />projects, among which are a park shelter replacement, an
<br />amphitheater remodel, multiple library modernizations
<br />and furniture specifications for all branches, juvenile hall
<br />security camera upgrade and the master plan for the Dana
<br />Point Harbor revitalization.

<br />The new 8,500 sq. ft. single -story will include a
<br />multipurpose room, dance/fitness room, classroom,
<br />kitchen, separate main and pool offices, restrooms with
<br />showers and changing areas, family restrooms and
<br />storage.

<br />The project involves design and construction of a new
<br />single -story library of approximately IS,000 square feet
<br />and the restoration of the existing designated historic
<br />home. The library building will consist of areas including,
<br />Multipurpose Room, Adult/Young Adult Area, Children's
<br />Area, & Staff Support Areas.

<br />This state-of-the-art facility is designed to function as an
<br />active senior community clubhouse as well as a facility
<br />for various community activities. There is a S,3SO sq. ft.
<br />banquet hall with a stage that also features a full kitchen to
<br />accommodate the senior nutrition program.
