3.4 Regulatory Permitting: <br />Regulatory permitting applications will be prepared as necessary to support the task orders, including, but <br />not limited to: <br />United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Section 404 Permit for the Clean Water Act (CWA) <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) Section 401 Water Quality Certification <br />California Fish and Game Code Section 1602 Streambed Alteration Notification <br />TASK 3 DELIVERABLES: <br />CEQA Environmental Documentation <br />NEPA Environmental Documentation (if needed) <br />Draft & Final Technical Studies/Memorandums <br />Regulatory Permitting <br />TASK 4 - DESIGN SERVICES <br />4.1 Project Plans <br />Mark Thomas will prepare plan submittals at the 35% conceptual level, 65%, 95%, and 100% completion <br />levels. Consultant submittals to City and other applicable agencies or stakeholders shall be complete <br />and shall include all necessary plans, special provisions, estimates, reports, and documents for PS&E <br />approval. <br />Mark Thomas will track and respond to each plan check comment in a matrix to minimize the number <br />of plan check cycles required to achieve approved plans. Plans will be prepared in Microstation and <br />submittals will be made electronically in PDF format. A listing of plans that may be required include: <br />Title/General Notes Sheets <br />Construction Details <br />Typical Cross Sections <br />Plan and Profile <br />Grading Plans <br />Utility Composite Plans and Details <br />Drainage Plan, Profiles and Details <br />Construction Staging/Traffic Handling <br />Sign and Striping Plans <br />Traffic Signal/ITS Plans <br />Street Light Plans <br />Retaining Wall Plans <br />Structure Plans <br />Landscape and Irrigations Plans <br />4.2 Special Provisions <br />Develop technical specifications as Special Provisions in conformance with American Public Works <br />Association (APWA) Green Book format, including necessary Caltrans standards and specifications, and <br />provide copies of required permits and reference standard plans/materials to be inserted into the City's <br />contract bid documents. <br />MARK THOMAS <br />Page A-12 <br />ON -CALL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />City of Santa Ana <br />
