Therefore, Psomas has assembled a project team of highly qualified professionals who are <br />experts in their fields. <br />Leading the team is Project Manager, Maira Salcedo, PE, ENV SP, who will also serve as the City's <br />primary point of contact for the duration of this contract. Maira's relevant project experience includes <br />serving as Project Manager for the City's Well 29 Rehabilitation project and the Walnut Pump Station <br />Upgrade project. In addition to her extensive water facility design experience, Maira has recent relevant <br />experience in water pipeline design and the rehabilitation of sewer mains. Maira's qualifications include <br />training through the NASSCO PACP (Pipeline Assessment Certification Program) and MACP (Manhole <br />Assessment Certification Program), making her uniquely qualified to assess the condition of sewer <br />mains and manholes. <br />Supporting Maira is Matt Heideman, PE, QSD/QSP, ENV SP. Matt is an expert in all facets of civil <br />engineering design, including site design, drainage, roadways, and parks. <br />1.113. Contract Agreement Statement: Psomas has read the City of Santa Ana's Standard Agreement <br />and concurs with all provisions as contained in the Agreement provided in the Appendix section of the <br />RFP as Attachment 2. <br />As Principal -in -Charge and a Vice President of Psomas, I, Joseph Boyle, have the authority to <br />contractually bind the company.
