includes other tasks at different sites nearby the Oak Hills <br />Reservoir site, such as replacement of the existing electrical <br />cabinet at the Summit Inlet/Outlet Structure; and coating <br />touch-up of the recovery vessel and associated piping and <br />appurtenances at the Lenain Wash Water Recovery Facility. <br />WRDF Present Worth Analysis 2021201-01. The City <br />tasked Ardurra with the responsibility of reviewing the <br />net present value for three alternative directions moving <br />forward regarding the City of Anaheim Water Recycling <br />Demonstration Facility (WRDF). The three alternatives <br />evaluated include: 1) expanding the facility capacity from <br />50,000 to 100,000 gpm; 2) shutting down and repurposing <br />the facility; and 3) maintaining the facility as is and <br />proceeding with equipment replacement and maintenance <br />as required for operation. Key project components include <br />evaluating costs in the current climate for capital equipment <br />replacement and additions, maintenance, operations, and <br />labor; determining the fiscal, environmental, political, social, <br />and logistical benefits for each option; and utilizing data <br />from research, analysis, and correspondence with the City <br />to provide a full and accurate picture of the current and <br />possible future status of the City's WRDF. <br />REFERENCES <br />Safety Improvements at 18 Sites. The project included <br />design services for 18 sites requiring safety upgrades. A <br />PDR was prepared as well as final design services including <br />drawings and specifications. Key components of the project <br />included design of safety handrails, ladder anchor posts, <br />sealed block -self retracting lifeline, fixed ladders, safety <br />guardrails, davit arms, and other safety improvements and <br />retrofits at existing sites. <br />e.
