<br />FIRM AND TEAM EXPERIENCE
<br />X Engineering & Consulting, Inc. (XEC) is
<br />a civil engineering firm of 30 devoted team
<br />members based in Santa Ana, CA, focused on
<br />land development and infrastructure projects
<br />for public agencies and municipalities as well
<br />as private entities. We implement thoughtful,
<br />technically sound and environmentally
<br />sensitive designs to create enduring products
<br />that meet our clients'goals and make positive
<br />contributions to our community.
<br />Principal Puneet Comar, PE, QSD, and
<br />Senior Project Manager Eric Lissner, PE,
<br />the founders of X Engineering, envisioned
<br />a practice that values collaboration,
<br />professionalism, innovation, experience and
<br />integrity. We believe that when a diverse team with fresh perspectives works together in an environment that is
<br />both challenging and rewarding, exceptional results are achieved.
<br />In 2018, X Engineering opened for business. Our growing portfolio includes public improvements, survey and
<br />mapping services, storm water management, master plan communities, mixed -use, and hospitality projects
<br />throughout southern California. Additionally, we provide compliance consulting services for industrial facilities
<br />pursuant to the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System, Clean Water Act, and other federal, state and
<br />local regulations.
<br />X represents the intersection of civil engineering, land development, client experience, and professional
<br />fulfillment. Together, these form the foundation for the work we do.
