0 Responding to City review comments in less than two weeks of receipt from City. <br />Resubmittal of major design milestones within two (2) weeks of resolution of City review <br />comments. <br />0 Preparing meeting minutes within two one day of conducting meeting with City. <br />Because of our depth of expert staff resources assembled during the bidding and construction <br />phase of each task order, we can commit to the following accelerated durations: <br />Responding to Contractor submittals and shop drawings within one week of receipt from <br />City. <br />Responding to Contractor requests for information (RFl) within three (3) working days of <br />receipt from City. <br />Responding to Construction Contract Change Orders within two (2) working days of receipt <br />from City. <br />We understand the City may not have specific tasks designated for this contract. However, using in- <br />depth research of the CIP and RFP, we have outlined probable categories of tasks/scope the City <br />may require. The following highlights potential task and scopes of work, Kleinfelder's experience, and <br />benefits of the Kleinfelder team. <br />Experience Benefit <br />Task: Water and Sewer Pipeline Replacement <br />Kleinfelder has completed multiple pipeline <br />replacements forsimilar agencies through as - <br />needed contracts including cast iron <br />Kleinfelder has condition assessment experts, <br />and could help prioritize, and potentially <br />eliminate or delay replacement <br />Task: Raw Water Distribution <br />Kleinfelder has in-depth knowledge of the raw <br />water distribution system and completed water <br />master planning forvarious areas including <br />designing facilities and pipelines for raw water <br />distribution. <br />Reduce City costs <br />Reduce community impacts to traffic <br />Optional solutions as part of asset <br />management <br />Reduce coordination time with permit <br />agencies <br />Improve reliability and efficiency <br />Minimize customer impact for <br />implementation <br />Provide efficient planning <br />Familiar with the City modeling software <br />Task: Road Reconstruction and Pavement Repair/Parking Lot <br />Assess existing pavement conditions <br />Provide pavement rehabilitation <br />recommendations and PS&E <br />Assess parking deficiencies based on current <br />City standards <br />Evaluate available space to determine most <br />efficient parking layout <br />.
