TAIT & Associates, Inc. <br />On -Call Engineering Services <br />RELEVANT PROIECT EXPERIENCE <br />On -Call Engineering Contracts <br />Ex: Orange County Public Works —On -Call Land Planning and <br />Engineering Services <br />County of Orange, CA <br />TAIT & Associates, Inc. (TAIT) was retained by the County of Orange to <br />provide On -call Land Planning and Engineering Services. TAIT also assists <br />OCPW - OC Planned Communities in the review of development <br />applications for new planned communities in South County, and in the <br />evaluation of County owned properties for redevelopment <br />opportunities. Since 2011, the TAIT team; consisting of Planners, <br />Landscape Architects, Traffic Engineers, Civil Engineers, Storm Water <br />Engineers, Geotechnical Engineers and Building & Safety Reviewers — <br />have provided on -call services to the County for the review of <br />environment planning documents, tentative and final maps, and Site <br />Development plans for grading, buildings, landscaping, street (public and <br />private) and storm drain improvements. Additional assignments have <br />included the review of preliminary and final Water Quality Management <br />Plans and the processing of Construction Permits for developer <br />improvement plan.
