Constructable Design Solutions. The Alta Team provides civil transportation design, traffic/electrical engineering, <br />transportation planning, landscape architecture, geotechnical, environmental and other technical reports needed to support <br />tasks for this On -Call contract. Our team gets projects built and turns challenges into opportunities. We pride ourselves in the <br />number and quality of our pedestrian, bikeway, Complete Street, and trail improvement projects that have been successfully <br />constructed and bring that experience to help the City navigate specific design challenges. <br />Our team will be led by Contract Manager Vincent Hellens, ENV SP, who will also be the designated point -of -contact.
