Services include conceptual and preliminary design of projects, as well as final design consisting of <br />development of construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates, as well as construction support services during <br />project implementation. <br />• Transportation/Traffic: An exemplary record of delivering the full range of services expected by the City, including roadway <br />geometrics and design; multimodal traffic volume, operations analysis, and simulation/modeling; traffic signal and ITS design/ <br />modification, timing, operations, communications, and management; neighborhood traffic calming; speed surveys; and <br />transportation planning including studies and analysis, conceptual multimodal design, and development. <br />ALTA PLANNING + DESIGN, INC.
