I T <br />J <br />Contact C 0 Email Dat <br />Name Address Pr <br />Tom has been our City of Irvine plan checker on <br />Tom Senior Plan City of Irvine - City of Irvine, 2019- numerous projects including Hoag Hospital Irvine (2019- <br />Polson Check Engineer Building & On -Call tpolson@cityofirvine.org Present present) and Edwards Lifescience (2018). We enjoy <br />Safety working with Tom because he is the definition of a public <br />servant. He's always there to assist with design <br />questions or to meet regarding plan check comments. <br />While working on the Yorba Linda Library project from <br />2016-2019, Rick was the design team's main point of <br />Deputy Director connection to the City of Yorba Linda. The project was <br />Rick Public City of Yorba Linda Public 2016- publicly funded so there was a lot of coordination and <br />Yee Works/Assistant Yorba Linda Library and Arts and ryee@yorbalindaca.gov 2019 collaboration that was needed. Rick played a large role in <br />City Engineer Community Center ensuring that the design met the City's expectations and <br />we really appreciated all of his hard work. KPFF's total <br />fee was over $500k which included civil and structural <br />engineering services. <br />Andy <br />Carpenter <br />LAMP, Deputy <br />Project Manager <br />Los Angeles <br />Worldwide <br />Airports <br />(LAWA) <br />LAX Economy <br />Parking - LAWA <br />Intermodal <br />Transportation <br />Facility -West <br />acarpenter@lawa.org <br />2017- <br />2020 <br />From 2017 until 2020, KPFF worked on the Intramodal <br />Transportation Facility - West (ITF-West) project for LAX <br />which constructed a five -level parking structure with <br />4,700 parking spaces, a concessions area and the <br />airport's Security & Badging Office over an 11 -acre <br />footprint. Andy was the owner's representative for LAWA <br />and managed the project on their behalf. The project was <br />very complex and had to go through many City of Los <br />Angeles agencies (including LAWA), for which Andy for <br />was our liaison on all of it. KPFF's total fee for the ITF-W <br />project was over $1.1 M which included civil engineering, <br />structural engineering and threat vulnerability <br />assessments. <br />
