The Complainant must file his/her appeal as a request for review directly with the Chief <br />WID within ten (10) calendar days after the receipt of the Santa Ana LWDA’s decision. <br /> <br />3. The Chief-WID, shall issue a decision no later than thirty (30) calendar days after receipt <br />of the request for review. <br /> <br />4.
