Proposal to provide <br />Landscape Architectural Design Services for loth and Flower Park — RFP No. 22-124 <br />J.6 - Final Color Rendering <br />DEA will provide a final color rendering of the project reflecting all items identified within the final construction <br />documents. <br />Deliverables: 24" x 36" colored rendering as noted above. <br />K. Electrical Plans <br />Scope is to provide site security lighting and new electrical service. New service will be coordinated with the <br />local utility company. <br />Services included: <br />■ One pre -design site visit as required for verification of existing conditions. <br />■ Three regularly scheduled coordination conference calls. <br />■ Electrical specifications provided in book format. <br />■ Licensed professional engineers stamp and signature. <br />■ Completion of applicable governing agency comments (plan check comments). <br />■ Engineering calculations required to generate electrical design. <br />■ Electrical site plan including the following: <br />1. Site lighting layout, circuiting, and control wiring diagram for general lighting purposes. <br />2. Point by point of site lighting foot candle levels. <br />3. Schedule of lighting fixtures. <br />4. Energy code lighting compliance forms. <br />5. New service entrance and main meter sections design. <br />6. Distribution and branch panel locations. <br />7. Single line diagram. <br />8. Load schedules. <br />9. Panel schedules. <br />10. Power to irrigation controller. <br />11. Voltage drop calculations. <br />12. Electrical connections to low voltage devices as specified by other system designs. <br />■ Utility Coordination including the following: <br />1. Electrical utility coordination including the following: <br />a) Coordination of power service with serving utility. <br />b) Completion of all paperwork and plan submittals with power company. <br />c) Site meeting with power company. <br />Deliverables: Electrical engineering plans, details, and specifications as noted above. <br />L. Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) <br />L.1 - Final Construction Documents (plans as described above) <br />The construction documents will be prepared in accordance with the California Building Code and ADA. These <br />plans will be submitted to the City for review and approval at four milestone deliverables - 30% (conceptual as <br />noted above), 60%, 90% and 100%. Plans will be signed by a licensed professional as appropriate. <br />Constructability review meetings will occur at 90% and shall include the City and DEA. The design team will <br />perform the QAQC efforts and provide those to the City prior to the constructability review. Deliverables during <br />the construction document phase are as follows: Two full sets of the construction documents for review at 90% <br />in addition to one electronic PDF copy in MicroStation CONNECT. At 100% completion, DEA will provide one <br />full sized set of signed and sealed bond copies in addition to one electronic PDF copy (signed final design <br />plans, specifications in Word, QA/QC checklist, cost estimate and design calculations). <br />Deliverables: Preparation of 60%, 90%, and 100% plans.
