<br />Beck assisted with final design including onsite

<br />Sycamore Hills will feature an upscale neighborhood 
<br />shopping center, amenity complex, county sports 
<br />park and plenty of sidewalks and open spaces. DEA's 
<br />taks included mapping, survey, final engineering, and 
<br />signing plans. 
<br />MGA Campus, Los Angeles, California 
<br />Becka served as civil designer of the grading and 
<br />storm drain utilities for the parking lot along the south 
<br />side of the project. She also assisted with final onsite 
<br />grading and coordination of RFI's. Additionally, Becka 
<br />completed and indexed street light plans. DEA master 
<br />planned the MGA Campus which is the Valley's 
<br />first live -work -play community, on the under-utilized 
<br />24-acre site of a former Los Angeles Times printing 
<br />facility in Chatsworth. The anchor tenant is MGA 
<br />Entertainment, a consumer entertainment products 
<br />company. 24 will be home to MGA's new corporate 
<br />headquarters. Other tenants will offer dining and retail 
<br />options; the site will also include creative office space 
<br />and world -class amenities for the residents. The 24 
<br />acres will include the 255,000-square-foot existing 
<br />building; four new apartment buildings totaling 660 
<br />units; 14,000 square feet of retail/dining; a transit 
<br />plaza; and extensive, community -oriented green 
<br />space. The landscaping will include a dog park, 
<br />community gardens, two pool plazas and a sports 
<br />park. There will be a walking trail weaving through 
<br />the entire perimeter, serving as promenade and an 
<br />exercise path. The landscape's canopy trees, native 
<br />shrubs and drought -tolerant grasses connect the 
<br />campus to the surrounding natural landscape.

<br />Robyn is an engineer designer with nine years of

<br />construction. Robyn has experience with grading

<br />plans, utility plans, hydrology/water quality reports, 
<br />tentative and final maps, as well as client and City 
<br />coordination and permit processing 
<br />Standard and McFadden Park, Santa Ana, 
<br />California 
<br />DEA was provided a conceptual design of Standard 
<br />and McFadden Park, a 2-acre neighborhood park 
<br />in the city of Santa Ana, and is currently working to 
<br />prepare final plans and construction administration. 
<br />The design includes walkways, playground 
<br />equipment, a skatepark, half -court basketball, a picnic 
<br />area, a shade structure, a rock bioswale, California 
<br />friendly plants, drip irrigation, low impact development 
<br />drainage and lighting. 
<br />Moreton Place, Glendora, California 
<br />An abandoned office building and a warehouse 
<br />was converted to 40 single family homes. Provided 
<br />grading plans/design, water plans/design, LID/ 
<br />hydrology reports, storm drain plans, street plans, 
<br />sales trailer plans, construction RFI's, client and city 
<br />coordination. 
<br />Orange Grove, Los Angeles, California 
<br />Provided Final Map, rough grading plan, precise 
<br />grading plan, LID report, erosion control plan, utility 
<br />plan, b-permit plan, client and city coordination, and 
<br />permit processing services for a new 61 unit 5-story 
<br />multi -family building including two levels of sub -grade 
<br />parking.
