Oskorus, PE, QSP <br />Project Manager, Land Development <br />David Evans and Associates, Inc. <br />17782 East 17th Street, Suite 200 <br />Tustin, California 92780 <br />Subject: PROPOSAL TO PREPARE A GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION AND <br />WATER PERCOLATION TEST REPORT <br />10t" and Flower Park <br />Southeast corner of 10th Street and Flower Street <br />City of Santa Ana, Orange County, California <br />Converse Project No. 23-32-103-00 (01) <br />Dear Mr. Oskorus: <br />Converse Consultants (Converse) appreciates the opportunity to be a part of your team to <br />prepare a geotechnical investigation and water percolation test report to assist with the design <br />of the proposed 10th and Flower Park at the above referenced site. <br />In preparation of this proposal, we performed the following. <br />■ Reviewed the Request for Proposals (RFP No. 22-124) for Landscape Architectural <br />Design Services for 10th and Flower Park issued by the City of Santa Ana Public Works <br />Agency, dated January 27, 2023. <br />■ Reviewed the information you transmitted to us via email on February 1, 2023. <br />SITE/PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />The proposed new park at 10th and Flower Streets will be a new 0.65-acre neighborhood park <br />located at the southeast corner of 10th Street and Flower Street, City of Santa Ana, California, <br />just north of Civic Center Blvd. The intent of this park is to provide the local community with <br />access to open space, exercise, and recreation facilities.
