Primary Point of Contact and Company Organization <br />Willie Ellis will serve as the Project Manager and primary point of contact for this contract, should it be <br />awarded to EBS. Willie has close to 45 years' experience in the construction field varying from field crew <br />member to his current position as lead Estimator and Project Manager at EBS. He is OSHA-30 trained <br />and certified. As such, he leads the EBS Safety Team. His resume and OSHA certificate are attached <br />hereto as "Statement of Qualification — Exhibit B" <br />Providing assistance as Project Coordinator directly under Willie is Cristina Whitcher. Cristina will be the <br />lead office contact in Willie's absence. Field management will come from either Gerardo Gonazlez or <br />Danny Gould. Both Superintendents are well -versed in the construction industry with combined <br />experience of over 35 years. Applicable resumes are attached hereto as "Statement of Qualification — <br />Exhibit B" <br />As of the end of year 2022, EBS has an average of 72 employees companywide. This includes two <br />demolition crews, four PCC placement crews, and one asphalt paving crew.
