The amount of the bond shall be established <br />by the Building Official, but shall not be less than $20 per <br />address. <br />ELECTRICAL PLAN CHECK FEES <br />Whenever electrical plans are required by the Building <br />Official, plan check fees shall be 65% of the electrical <br />permit fee and shall be paid at the time of submitting plans. <br />MECHANICAL PLAN CHECK FEES <br />Whenever mechanical plans are required by the Building <br />Official, plan check fees shall be 65% of the mechanical <br />permit fee and shall be paid at the time of submitting plans. <br />PLUMBING PLAN CHECK FEES <br />Whenever plumbing plans are required by the Building <br />Official, plan check fees shall be 65% of the plumbing <br />permit fee and shall be paid at the time of submitting plans. <br />Page 81 of 148
