The project will include the removal and replacement of existing asphalt streets. Various replacement pavement strategies will be investigated to determine the most cost effective and maintainable treatment. Minor concrete repair to severely damaged or missing curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and wheelchair ramps will also be included.PROJECT NEED:The interior roadway of non-residential street has been identified as priority by the City's Pavement Management System.
