This project provides for a Citywide inventory of street pavement to identify any changes in condition and record any damage.PROJECT NEED:The Pavement Management System (PMS) should be current and updated in order to better program projects for the City's CIP and to understand the total deferred maintenance of the network for budgeting purposes.
