Rental Registry FeeExisting Fee: None Proposed Fee: $100.00 The Rent Stabilization and Just Cause Eviction Ordinance (NS-3027) was adopted by City Council on October 18, 2022. Per the Ordinance, effective July 1, 2023, the City shall create a rental registry and all landlords with rental units in the City shall complete and submit registration forms for each of their rental units. The Rental Registry Fee is to fund the City’s cost to implement, administer, monitor, support, and enforce the provisions of the Ordinance. Page 859 of 876
