FIRST AMENDMENT TO &GREEWNT WITH ELITE„5PEQAL EVENTS, INC.. TO <br />PROVIDE EQUIPMENT D TA FIN SERVICES FOR QUT`DQQR PARK -EVENTS <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on April 18, <br />2023, by and between Elite Special Events, Inc. ("Contractor"), and the City of Santa Ana, a <br />charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of <br />the State of California ("City")_ <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2023-010 ("Agreement") dated January 12, <br />2023, to retain a qualified contractor to provide equipment and staffing services for various <br />City events, including the City's Kids Night Out events and other events as directed by the <br />City. <br />B. The Agreement is in full force and effect through June 30, 2023, <br />C. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to increase the compensation under the <br />Agreement to provide additional programming. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />1. Section 2.a., Compensation, is hereby amended to increase the total amount to be <br />expended under the term of the Agreement by $20,000. The total not -to -exceed amount of the <br />Agreement shall be $38,050. <br />2.
