As mechanical engineer, he <br />designed a dry -media chlorine scrubbing system to <br />replace an existing wet chlorine scrubber that <br />included forced air systems, ventilation, and <br />emergency containment systems for a chlorine <br />storage facility. <br />Jamieson Canyon Water Treatment Plant <br />Improvements* I City of Napa I Napa, California <br />Mechanical Engineer/Construction Coordinator <br />This $38 million project expanded an existing water <br />treatment plant. Sean engineered plant water and <br />emergency fire pump stations, building mechanical <br />and plumbing systems, laboratory facilities, and <br />process facilities for ozone treatment. He was the <br />lead coordinator of the engineering services provided <br />during construction, including cross -discipline <br />coordination, shop drawing, RFI review, and record <br />drawing production. <br />Avenue Water Treatment Plant Membrane Upgrade* <br />City of Ventura I Ventura, California <br />Construction Coordinator <br />Sean performed mechanical engineering design and <br />coordinated the engineering services during the <br />construction of a 22-million-membrane treatment <br />upgrade with 10 MGD capacity. He engineered <br />chemical storage and delivery systems, pumping, and <br />process mechanical piping systems. As construction <br />coordinator, he managed shop drawing and RFI <br />review and performed day-to-day coordination with <br />the Contractor and the City's Construction Manager. <br />Chambers Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment <br />Plant Expansion* I Pierce County I Tacoma, <br />Washington I Lead Mechanical Engineer <br />With a forecasted population growth increase, the <br />Chamber's Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment <br />Plant (45-MGD) expansion added 50% more <br />capacity. As lead mechanical engineer, Sean <br />performed mechanical engineering for process and <br />non -process areas, including ventilation and other <br />utility services for process mechanical wastewater <br />equipment. <br />Orange Cove Wastewater Treatment Plant* I City of <br />Orange Cove I Orange Cove, California I Mechanical <br />Engineer <br />Sean performed process and building mechanical <br />engineering, including aeration systems, solids <br />handling, chemical dosing, and building mechanical <br />engineering for process and non -process facilities. <br />This project was completed while Sean was <br />mechanical Engineer at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants. <br />* denotes projects completed with other firms <br />City of Santa Ana I On -Call Engineering Design Services for PFAS Treatment Systems RFP NO. 22-133 A-22 <br />
