Final Payment Date <br />(d) The Recipient must award the prime construction contract timely. <br />(e) The Recipient agrees to start construction no later than March 31, 2023. <br />(f) The Recipient must deliver any request for extension of the Completion of Construction date no less <br />than 90 days prior to the Completion of Construction date. <br />(g) The undisbursed balance of this Agreement will be deobligated if the Recipient does not provide its <br />final reimbursement request to the Division on or before the Final Reimbursement Request Date. <br />A.4 SCHEDULE. <br />Failure to provide items by the due dates indicated in the table below may constitute a material violation <br />of this Agreement. The Project Manager may adjust the dates in the "Estimated Due Date" column of this <br />table, but Critical Due Date adjustments will require an amendment to this Agreement. The Recipient <br />must complete and submit all work in time to be approved by the Division prior to Project Completion. As <br />applicable for specific submittals, the Recipient must plan adequate time to solicit, receive, and address <br />comments prior to submitting the final submittal.
