Documents Transmitted back to Adobe by the Recipient: <br />Steps: <br />1. <br />Once the Adobe notification has been received, the Recipient will open Adobe. The Recipient <br />must checkmark the box to agree to the Consumer Disclosure. Click on [Accept] <br />The Recipient will need to download the (PDF) documents by selecting the corresponding radio <br />button. Ensure to save the documents to the desired location. <br />I Once you have saved the documents to the desired location, the Recipient will proceed with <br />generating the required closing documents. For the documents to be edited, you must save your <br />file in Word format. Click on [File -Export To -Microsoft Word — Word Document] <br />4. Once the Recipient has completed the closing documents, the file must be saved as "Adobe <br />PDF" for their respective digital signatures to be entered. <br />5. The Recipient will select [Certificates] from the tools field and using your mouse, click and drag <br />to draw the area where you would like the signature to appear. A dialogue message box will <br />display your Digital ID press [Continue] and click on [Sign]. [Save] <br />Ii using your mouse, click and dragtodrawthe area where you would likethe <br />_ - signature to appear. Once you finish dragging outthe desired area, you will be <br />taken to the —t step of the signing process. <br />❑Do not show this message again <br />OK <br />
