Vehicles parked on the Property are limited to those owned by Licensee and its employees, <br />invitees, customers and visitors. Licensee will not allow the storage, repairing or refueling of <br />any vehicles on the property. <br />B. Licensor only allows overflow parking. No portion of the Property will be used to satisfy the <br />minimum parking requirements of any government agency. <br /> <br />C. Licensee must obtain prior written approval from Licensor for any vehicle parking <br />improvements and/or subsequent modification. Licensee will maintain parking <br />improvements at all times in a safe condition satisfactory to Licensor. <br /> <br />D. At any time, Licensor may require removal, modification, or relocation of any portion of the <br />parking improvements. At Licensee’s sole expense, Licensee will remove, modify, or relocate <br />same to a location satisfactory to Licensor, within sixty (60) days after receiving notice to <br />remove, modify, or relocate from Licensor. <br /> <br />E. Parking will be permitted in designated areas only. Unless prior written approval is received <br />from Licensor, no parking will be permitted under or within ten (10) feet of the “drip line” of <br />Licensor's overhead electrical conductors. <br /> <br />F. All parking spaces and parking improvements are to be identified on a site plan and <br />submitted to Licensor to obtain prior written approval from Licensor. <br /> <br />G. Bollards, K-rails, or “No Parking” striping may be required to protect Licensor’s structures or <br />in areas where additional clearance is required. <br /> <br />H. The Licensee’s parking area shall not interfere with the Licensor’s minimum access road <br />requirements. <br />
