0 <br />PROPOSAL FOR <br />On -Call Environmental Services <br />RFP NO.: 21-105 <br />1. Project Initiation <br />Tetra Tech will attend a kick-off meeting City staff to determine the format <br />and structure of the environmental document, discuss the project <br />schedule and project scope, and obtain project information from the City <br />to develop the project description. Tetra Tech will prepare a project <br />description and schedule. <br />2. Notice of Preparation <br />Tetra Tech will prepare, distribute, and file the Notice of Preparation for <br />(when required) <br />the project. <br />3. Scoping Meeting (when <br />Tetra Tech will assist City staff with conducting a scoping meeting for the <br />required) <br />project. <br />4. Administrative Draft <br />Tetra Tech will prepare an administrative Draft IS/MND or EIR. This will <br />Document <br />include technical studies <br />5. Public Review Draft <br />Tetra Tech will respond to City comments on the administrative Draft <br />Document <br />IS/MND or EIR, complete revisions, and prepare and distribute the Draft <br />IS/MND or EIR and the required notices for public review. <br />6. Administrative Final <br />Tetra Tech will prepare draft responses to all comments received during <br />Document <br />the Draft IS/MND or EIR public review period. Tetra Tech will prepare an <br />administrative Final IS/MND or EIR including any changes, clarifications, <br />or additions to the Draft IS/MND or EIR required in conjunction with the <br />responses to comments. <br />Tetra Tech will respond to City comments on the administrative Final <br />7. Final Document <br />IS/MND or EIR, complete revisions, and prepare and distribute the Final <br />IS/MND or EIR. <br />8. Meeting Attendance <br />Tetra Tech will attend a kick-off meeting. Depending on the needs of the <br />project, Tetra Tech will help the City prepare for and conduct public <br />meetings and/or hearings. <br />9. Mitigation Monitoring <br />Tetra Tech staff will prepare a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting <br />and Reporting Program <br />Program, as needed. <br />10. CEQA Notices Tetra Tech will prepare, distribute, and file appropriate notices. <br />11. CEQA Findings As necessary, Tetra Tech will prepare the. Findings of Fact and <br />Statement of Overriding Considerations <br />Project Management <br />Tetra Tech has earned an excellent reputation among clients for accomplishing quality work within critical <br />time limits and on budget.
