<br />rubber fabrication, and any other types of residential, commercial and industrial
<br />environments.
<br />2.0 SCOPE OF WORK:
<br />2.1 MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, OPERATING SUPPLIES (MRO) AND RELATED SERVICES
<br />(INSTALLATION, REPAIR AND RENOVATION):
<br />Provide a complete and comprehensive offering of Wholesale and/or Retail MRO supplies such as
<br />appliances, building materials, hardware, HVAC, kitchen and bath cabinets, janitorial supplies,
<br />landscaping equipment and supplies, motors, pumps, paints and coatings, plumbing, pool
<br />chemicals and supplies, hand-held general purpose tools, power tools, flooring, window coverings,
<br />and any other miscellaneous MRO supplies offered by Supplier.
<br />In addition, a complete range of services available through the Supplier such as, but not limited to,
<br />installation, renovation services, repair services, training services and any other related services
<br />offered by Supplier.
<br />2.2 RELATED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (INSTALLATION, REPAIR AND RENOVATION
<br />SERVICES):
<br />2.2.1 Any related products offered by Supplier.
<br />2.2.2 Services may also include replacements, upgrades, remodeling; and product, turnkey and
<br />major category installations.
<br />2.2.3 Services performed shall be non-structural in nature.
<br />2.2.4 Products used in performing these services shall be procured under the awarded contract,
<br />at contract prices.
<br />2.2.5 These services may be required in the residential and commercial environments and may
<br />be any ofthe following (non -inclusive):
<br />2.2.5.1 Roofing, Gutters, Downspouts
<br />2.2.5.2 HVAC
<br />2.2.5 3 Plumbing
<br />2.2.5.4 Electrical
<br />2.2.5.5 Exterior decks, patios and porches
<br />2.2.5.6 Exterior Siding
<br />2.2.5.7 Windows, Doors
<br />2.2.5.8 Interior/Exterior Painting
<br />2.2.5.9 Weatherization - Storm Windows/Doors, Insulation, Weather Stripping
<br />2.2.5.10 ADA Improvements
<br />2.2.6 Services:
<br />2.2.6.1 As part of your Proposal response, detail your firm's program in offering
<br />services including:
<br />2.2.6.2 Providing and managing qualified contractors
<br />2.2.6.3 Budget management in keeping projects on budget
<br />2.2.6.4 Project management services in design, planning, organizing, scheduling and
<br />managing all stages of a project.
<br />2.2.7 Service Providers (Labor):
<br />2.2.7.1 Contractor shall serve as the single point of contact between Participating Public
<br />Agencies and Service Providers.
