PROJECT MANAGEMENT: <br />3.1 MANAGEMENT RESOURCES <br />Both Parties will assign a Point of Contact, Project Manager, or Project Coordinator to ensure completion of deliverables. <br />Axon’s Project Coordinator will ensure all team members from Axon and Agency are continually updated on the status of the <br />Project. <br />3.2 REQUIREMENTS PLANNING <br />All Proposed Project timelines will be documented during Project Management Kickoff call. <br />Once all requirements are agreed to, Axon’s Project Coordinator will work with Agency’s Project Manager to develop a Project <br />plan for Axon’s implementation. <br />3.3 CHANGE CONTROL <br />If any changes in the Project cause a material increase or decrease in fees, as determined by Axon, an adjustment in the <br />fees will be agreed upon and included in a signed PCO form. <br />Agency acknowledges a proposed change request might have an impact on both scheduling and cost for the Project that will <br />be outlined in the PCO form. <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 699FAF74-B666-45D3-885E-4E1BE130D83C
