We cannot guarantee against <br />the occurrence of any new spalls or pop outs. 'Note Cracks in Concrete and Asphalt will <br />Return. A crack can be repaired, but it might come back. Structural cracks or hairline cracks <br />will always come back and most of the time immediately. These can be repaired <br />temporarily, but will ultimately come back. Cracks are formed due to the movement of the <br />slab, expanding and contracting if there is a weak point in the slab itself. Even when the <br />correct method of repair is done, the crack could re -appear the next day or never, as every <br />court reacts differently in the movement of the slab itself. <br />Apply primer to bare areas <br />Apply Sportmaster black acrylic resurfacer coat, 100% latex acrylic, mixed with #60 silica to <br />smooth out surface and provide a superior base for color <br />Apply two coats of Sportmaster color, (two tone included. Additional fee for a third color) <br />100% latex acrylic, mixed with #90 silica sand for a medium speed of play <br />Stripe to specifications <br />Lines to be white latex acrylic line paint unless otherwise specified. <br />Squeegee marks, lines or swirls are always visible in the application process, but will fade <br />over time. Please be aware that your quote includes a total of two (2) color choice(s), not <br />including the Bright Red or Tournament Purple. These are Premium Colors and would <br />require an additional fee. <br />The provisions set forth upon the second and third pages hereof and any <br />other attached pages hereto are hereby incorporated in and made a part of £ Total <br />this CONTRACT. I have been notified that I have the right to cancel within 3 <br />days of signing this contract.
