Impacts that are not quantified, but can be anticipated <br />in future events, include: <br /> <br />✓ Injury and loss of life <br />✓ Commercial and residential structural damage <br />✓ Disruption of and damage to public infrastructure <br />✓ Secondary health hazards (e.g., mold and mildew) <br />✓ Damage to roads/bridges resulting in loss of mobility <br />✓ Significant economic impact (jobs, sales, tax revenue) upon the community <br />✓ Negative impact on commercial and residential property values <br />✓ Significant disruption citizens as temporary facilities and relocations would likely be <br />needed <br />
